Meet Gary and Fabio, experienced integrative therapists dedicated to making ongoing addiction support accessible, friendly, and practical in the heart of London.

Gary – Substance Misuse Specialist and qualified Therapist , also registered with Social Work England

Gary holds a First Class Honours degree in Social Sciences, an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling, and is registered with the NCPS. Having previously worked within the NHS as a dedicated substance misuse specialist, Gary brings deep clinical expertise and genuine understanding to every session. He combines practical knowledge of SMART Recovery and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with 12-step principles to offer a versatile, compassionate approach.

Fabio – Integrative Therapist and BACP accredited

Fabio is a BACP accredited counsellor specialising in addiction recovery, bringing extensive experience from his former practice at the Priory Roehampton. He incorporates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and tailored counselling skills to support clients managing distress, emotion regulation, and transition challenges. In addition to co-facilitating our weekly groups, Fabio offers individual one-to-one therapy sessions for those seeking personalised support.

Our mission: accessible community support

Having worked across public healthcare and private rehab clinics, we recognise the immense challenges people face after residential treatment and the high cost of ongoing therapy. That is why we created an informal, low-barrier group. There are no signing-on fees, no advance registration, and no ongoing commitments: simply drop in, pay at the end of the session, and feel welcome with a warm cup of tea.
